Not gonna lie, the bike itself is fine, but trying to get replacement parts has been frustrating. A couple of things I needed were out of stock, and the restock dates kept changing. Support did respond, but they didn’t really make the situation any easier. It’s annoying having the bike just sitting there while I wait

I just needed a simple answer, but it took a few days to hear back. Not the end of the world, just kinda frustrating when you’re waiting around for something basic.

I’m disappointed with the battery. And before anyone says it’s how I ride, I’m not out here flooring the throttle nonstop or doing anything crazy. I’m riding normally, and the range is still way less than I expected. Charging takes forever too, and even after a full charge, the battery seems to drop faster than it should. For what this costs, that’s really frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’ve had my Ariel Rider for a few weeks now, it feels solid so far. The frame feels sturdy, the welds look fine to me, and I haven’t noticed any weird rattling even when I’m riding over rougher streets, which was one of the things I was kind of watching for.

I’d probably stop short of giving it 5 stars just because of a few small details. The cable routing could be a bit cleaner, and I did have one bolt that needed tightening after the first ride, so... not a huge deal, but still worth mentioning. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

Shipping took a bit longer than I was expecting, and the tracking was quiet for a few days, which wasn’t ideal. That said, the bike showed up in good shape. The box had a few dents, but nothing was damaged. Overall, not a bad experience, I just think the delivery updates could’ve been better.

Getting repair replies was slow, and the whole warranty thing still felt kinda confusing. I kept waiting around and wasn’t totally sure what was going on half the time.

I knew there would be some assembly, but wow, this was more annoying than I expected. The instructions weren’t super helpful, and a couple parts just didn’t seem to line up easily. I kept thinking, how is this okay for something that’s supposed to be straightforward? Eventually I got it together, but it was definitely a hassle.

For the price, I think this is a good bike. It feels like a fair purchase overall, and it’s nice to get something that does what it promises without feeling ripped off. There are a few small issues, but nothing that would make me regret buying it

After riding it a bit, the main thing I noticed is the brakes just don’t stop as quickly as I’d like. On flat roads it’s manageable, but going downhill made me nervous because I had to plan my stops way earlier than usual. For my own comfort, I’d want stronger braking before feeling fully confident using it every day

the motor feels a bit weaker than i expected, and the acceleration is slow. i thought it would have more pull, especially from a stop, but it just feels kind of lazy off the line.

The ride has been smooth most days, and the seat feels decent too. It can get a little bumpy when the streets are rough, but overall it’s still comfy enough for me 👍

I’ve had a decent experience with it overall, and when it’s working like it should, it’s definitely reliable and easy to count on. That said, the durability feels a bit hit or miss, and I’m not totally convinced it’ll hold up as long as I’d hoped. Still, for everyday use, it does the job well enough and I’ve been mostly happy with it
